1. Agreement
By creating an account or using DMagic, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DMagic.
2. The service
DMagic lets you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account and set up automations that reply to comments on your posts and send the commenter a private message, using Meta's official Instagram API.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 and have the right to manage the Instagram account you connect.
- You are responsible for the content of your replies and messages, including any links, and for following Meta's Terms, Platform Terms and Community Guidelines.
- You must not use DMagic for spam, harassment, misleading or illegal content, or to message people who did not comment on your posts.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Meta and Instagram
DMagic is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Instagram limits what apps can do, for example one private message per comment. We are not responsible for limits, restrictions or actions Meta applies to your account.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay at the price shown when you buy. Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or Meta's policies.
7. No warranty and limit of liability
DMagic is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
