What kind of Instagram account do I need?
An Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). You can switch for free in the Instagram app under Settings → Account type and tools.
Is it safe for my account?
DMagic connects through Instagram's secure login and uses Instagram's Graph API. We never ask for or see your password, and we only message people who commented on your post — never cold DMs.
Who receives the automatic DM?
Only people who comment one of your chosen keywords on the post you picked. Everyone else is left alone — DMagic never sends cold DMs.
Can I change or remove an automation?
Yes. Edit, duplicate or delete any automation whenever you like, and disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the AutoDM screen.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can delete your account and all related data from inside the app, or request deletion by email. See our data deletion page.
