Shipping and Delivery Policy

DMagic is an online software service operated by Mohammad Tanveer Ahmed. We do not ship any physical goods.

1. How Pro is delivered

After a successful payment, DMagic Pro is activated on the account you are signed in with, usually within a few seconds. You can see it in the app under Pro. We also show a confirmation screen, and Razorpay emails you a receipt.

2. If Pro does not appear

Sign out and back in to refresh your account. If Pro still does not show within 24 hours of paying, email enosktl@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will activate it or refund you under our Refund Policy.

3. Where it is available

DMagic works in any modern web browser at dmagic.app/app. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
