How to delete your data from DMagic

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to DMagic.
2. Open Profile and tap Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, all your automations and your connected Instagram access token, IDs and username.

Option 2: Remove DMagic from Instagram

1. In the Instagram app, go to Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find DMagic under Active and tap Remove.

Instagram tells us when you do this, and we immediately delete your Instagram access token, IDs and username. If you ask Instagram to delete your data, we also delete your automations, and if you signed up with Instagram, your whole DMagic account.

Option 3: Email us

Email enosktl@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request from the email address on your account, or include your Instagram username. We will delete your data and confirm within 7 days.

What we don't keep

DMagic does not store the comments or messages of people who comment on your posts, so there is nothing about them to delete.
